Recruitment isn’t an easy job and, if we’re honest, it sucks most of the time.

Reviewing CVs that probably won’t ever make you any money.
Being rejected by people who don’t want to work with you.
Scrolling through Linked In seeing the same old garbage posted to your timeline.
But I’m here to tell you that despite all of this being true, a career in recruitment can also be pretty rewarding.
So with all of this in mind, we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our small team and help us build one of the best recruitment companies in the MENA region.
Who we are:
Founded in 2024, we’re one of the newest tech recruitment companies in the region, specializing in hiring for companies you probably haven’t heard of yet.
We partner with VCs to build out their portfolio companies from a talent perspective, mainly working with startups at Seed, Series A, and Series B stages.
After 10 years in recruitment across two regions, we launched Nameless not to do things differently, but to do things better.
We don’t work with people who treat us badly.
We prioritize a no-BS policy with everyone we work with.
We celebrate wins at every opportunity.
Who we’re looking for:
Recruiters with at least 1 year of experience in the tech sector, especially in Software Engineering. If you lack recruitment experience but have a technical background and want to break into recruitment, that could work too.
We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy recruiting in this space, not just because they have to.
Business development experience isn’t critical; we value those eager to learn, work hard, and earn well.
What we’re offering:
25% flat commission on all billings.
5% quarterly bonus if exceeding targets.
Your own visa independent of Nameless Ventures.
Full healthcare insurance.
Hybrid work setup: 3 days/week in our JLT office.
Full remote work during summer to escape Dubai heat.
