Description
Technical Publications Officer is responsible to ensure the Technical Publication and Library processes are adequate for providing all technical documents and publications to Maintenance and CAMO staff to facilitate their duties.
Main Duties
- Timely receiving and filing all necessary technical publications.
- Register, record and distribute technical documentation periodically (Transmittal Letters).
- Manage downloads and distribution of Airworthiness Authority Requirements (AARs) and manufacturer recommendations (SBs, CMMs, etc.).
- Maintain and update a circulation system of all documents.
- Maintain and update company’s file servers and library hard copies.
- Assist QCAA or Technical Compliance on Technical library audits.
- Coordinate and dispatch fuel carnets to the respective aircraft.
- Liaise with manufactures technical publication requirements.
- Support Airworthiness Manager and Senior Manager CAMO in regards to their duties.
Qualification Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Aeronautical or equivalent.
- Four (4) years’ experience in documentation and publication processes related to Rotary Wing.
- Working Proficiency in Trax/AMOS.
- Solid general aviation knowledge of Helicopters.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform tasks with precision, consistency and attention to detail.
