We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex ICT infrastructure projects across enterprise and government customers.
This role is ideal for a project management professional with extensive experience in Network Infrastructure, ELV Systems, Data Centre technologies, and System Integration. You will be responsible for delivering projects from initiation through closure while ensuring quality, budget, timelines, customer satisfaction, and contractual compliance.
You'll work closely with customers, OEMs, consultants, subcontractors, and internal technical teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead the complete project lifecycle from project initiation to successful closure.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Track project progress using appropriate governance methodologies.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage change requests and project escalations.
Technical Project Management
Lead projects involving:
- Enterprise Network Infrastructure
- LAN / WAN / Wireless Networks
- Data Centre Infrastructure
- Structured Cabling Systems
- Active & Passive Networking
- CCTV
- Access Control
- ELV Systems
- Server & Storage Infrastructure
- Virtualization Platforms
- Infrastructure Migration & Integration
- Coordinate with technical delivery teams, OEM partners, consultants, subcontractors, and customers throughout implementation.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise and government customers.
- Conduct project review meetings and executive steering committee sessions.
- Prepare project dashboards and executive reports.
- Ensure customer expectations are proactively managed.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Coordinate internal engineering teams and external vendors.
- Monitor subcontractor performance.
- Support procurement, logistics, and project scheduling.
- Ensure adherence to quality, HSE, and contractual requirements.
Governance & Reporting
- Weekly project reviews

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- PMP
- PRINCE2
- ITIL Foundation
Experience
- 8–12 years of Project Management experience within ICT, Telecom, or System Integration environments.
- Proven delivery experience across: Network Infrastructure, ELV Systems, Data Centre Projects, Enterprise ICT
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience working with government or large enterprise customers.
- Experience managing high-value infrastructure projects.
