Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from RFP response and solutioning through to go-live and managed services
- Define scope, roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and governance frameworks
- Drive sprint and release planning across distributed engineering, data, and AI teams
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines with meticulous documentation
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership and senior government stakeholders
- Lead board-level reporting and steering committee engagement
- Contribute to RFP responses and solution proposals by estimating scope and effort
- Lead delivery of AI/ML solutions, data engineering pipelines, and cloud infrastructure programs
- Mentor internal delivery teams and coordinate international vendors
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical project and program delivery experience
- Hands-on familiarity with GenAI, data, and advanced analytics solutions
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector (required)
- Proven experience in RFP response, project delivery, and managed services
- Experience in large enterprise or government environments
- Ability to manage multi-vendor environments and distributed teams
- Deep understanding of AI/ML life cycles, RAG, and agentic AI architectures
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Knowledge of data platforms, APIs, and enterprise application architectures
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks and Jira
