Technical Program Director – CRM
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

A leading bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Technical Program Director to lead its strategic CRM programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex CRM implementation and transformation programs.
Provide hands‑on leadership in CRM system design, configuration, integration, data migration, and optimization.
Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Align technical CRM solutions with business objectives and banking regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Must have proven hands‑on CRM implementation experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent.
Strong technical program management background with a track record of delivering large-scale CRM projects.
Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
