Location: Umm Al Quwain, Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and manage submittals, shop drawings, and material submissions
· Review and coordinate shop drawings with draftsmen before submission
· Ensure all materials and drawings comply with project specifications and approvals
· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for approvals and technical matters
· Handle technical requirements for specialized works (e.g., fire-rated doors, custom joinery)
· Support project planning and ensure timely submission and approvals
· Review and release production drawings for factory execution
· Attend technical and coordination meetings
· Provide technical support to site team and ensure proper installation as per approved drawings
Requirements:
· Experience in joinery / woodwork projects
· Strong knowledge of shop drawings and material submittals
· Familiar with technical coordination and consultant approvals
· Experience in fire-rated doors or similar technical works is an advantage
· Proficient in AutoCAD
