Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Specialist Gastroenterologist to join our medical team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting advanced diagnostic procedures, and implementing effective treatment plans in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders, including but not limited to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn’s disease, liver disease, ulcers, and reflux disorders.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, and other related procedures.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.
Provide follow-up care and monitor patients’ progress throughout their treatment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Stay current with advancements in gastroenterology and medical practices.
Provide consultations and guidance to other healthcare professionals within the facility.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of all patient interactions and treatments.
Counsel and educate patients on managing their conditions, including diet and lifestyle modifications.
Participate in educational activities, including seminars and workshops, to promote professional development.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
Specialty training in Gastroenterology.
Board certification or equivalent professional qualification in Gastroenterology.
At least [4-5] years of experience as a Specialist Gastroenterologist in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in performing gastroenterological procedures such as endoscopy and colonoscopy.
Knowledge of the latest advancements and best practices in gastroenterology.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
Female candidates are preferred for this role, in line with the healthcare setting’s requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED40,000.00 – AED45,000.00 per month
