We are looking for female Receptionist cum Admin from Philippines who is willing to work in a Printing Press company and can manage multi-tasking job. Willing to work in Sharjah Industrial Area 11.

* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers, directing them to the appropriate waiting area.
* Maintain and organize Staff files, ensuring up-to-date records.
* New employee company introduction and policies.
* Track and order office supplies and materials required for daily operations.
* Answer and route incoming phone calls.
* Recruiting & interview for applicants.
* Leave and attendance monitoring.
* Admin / HR / Reception / Assistant jobs.
* Driver follow ups.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
