A well-established Turkish company who has core business of Contracting, wants to hire a highly skilled professional to lead our engineering and design functions, ensuring seamless coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines while supporting the successful delivery of high-end villa developments.

Experience Required
- 10–15 years of experience in technical management, engineering coordination, or construction project engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a Technical Manager or similar leadership role is a must.
- Proven experience in luxury villas, residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Fluency in English (Professional working proficiency in Turkish is preferred)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the engineering and design department throughout the project lifecycle. This senior role is responsible for managing engineering workflows, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, resolving complex technical conflicts, securing authority approvals, and ensuring that shop drawings and technical deliverables are completed ahead of the construction schedule to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership and coordination skills to drive engineering excellence, quality, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering and technical design team throughout project execution.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure fully integrated and clash-free designs.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings, technical submittals, material submissions, and method statements.
- Resolve complex multidisciplinary design and construction issues in collaboration with consultants and project stakeholders.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are issued ahead of construction activities to prevent site delays and idle time.
- Manage authority submissions and obtain approvals from relevant UAE government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure technical compliance and efficient project delivery.
- Monitor engineering progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and construction milestones.
- Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining project quality, functionality, and design intent.
- Review project specifications, construction methodologies, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to project managers and site teams.
- Identify technical risks and develop practical engineering solutions to mitigate project impacts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, industry standards, and company quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction engineering and technical management.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a Technical Manager or equivalent role is a must.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP engineering coordination.
- Extensive experience in shop drawing management, technical submittals, authority approvals, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Knowledge of UAE authority approval processes, construction codes, and regulatory requirements.
- PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
