Job Summary:
Innovo Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Manager with a strong background in Civil or Architectural Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience working with leading contracting companies in the UAE, specifically in building projects. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to oversee and manage project execution while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the technical aspects of building projects from inception to completion.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, codes, and quality standards.
Collaborate with design, construction, and procurement teams to optimize project efficiency.
Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Manage technical coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project execution.
Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
Oversee value engineering initiatives to improve cost efficiency and quality.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in the UAE’s contracting industry, focusing on building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, and other technical software.
Familiarity with UAE municipality and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing high-rise and large-scale commercial or residential projects.
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and smart construction technologies.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, LEED) are advantageous.
