The Role
The role will be in the setting out department and will be focused on manufacturing packages for bespoke and hospitality developments. The person will be the lead for projects, ensuring seamless coordination between external and internal clients. The role is essential in managing and maintaining client satisfaction.
Education & Experience
Must have 10 – 15 years in a manufacturing setup.
Qualification either from an interiors background, technical or comparable discipline
Joinery Experience – Track record in joinery setting out detailing, planning, influencing, site execution strategy, shop drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs.
Technical Acumen, Strong problem-solving skills related to materials integration (glass, acrylics, stone, metals, fabrics).
Software Proficiency, 3D software capabilities.
Industry Ideals, Familiarity with FSC, LEED requirements, and FR standards.
Innovation leader, Capable of being strategic and identifying strengths and weaknesses
FF&E and Joinery experience in Hospitality Manufacturing
