Title: Technical Engineer

Role Purpose: Lead all engineering activities on the shift including corrective, planned and autonomous maintenance activities in order to deliver above budget efficiency performance. Operate in a coaching style to ensure skills of the technicians continually improve
Accountabilitie:
Work in line with the MenaBev safety standards and to the food safety and quality policies
Develop work schedules for the maintenance tasks for the shift to ensure compliance to schedule. Lead corrective and emergency maintenance tasks to return plant to above budget operating efficiencies.
Monitor performance through KPIs’ and feedback to ensure achievement of targets.
Coordinate activities for preventive and predictive maintenance with concerned department to ensure timely maintenance.
Ensure that rectification works for corrective and emergency maintenance are completed at the shortest possible time and possible contamination management is applied.
Implement continuous improvement systems to drive cost improvement.
Povides training to the new technician or those who needs more technical development.
Implement HSE and food safety programs in area of responsibility to fulfill regulatory and system compliance.
Coach and develop training and ensure team is motivated, multi-skilled and can cover each other during vacation/absence.
Basic Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years” experience in packaging industry “PET ,CAN lines.
Experience in blowing, Seamer preferable Knowledge of safety regulatioin,Food safety.
Experience of SAP, ERP planning software System hard worker and ability to work by hand.
