Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Engineer to provide technical support and coordination for construction projects. The role involves reviewing drawings, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that project requirements and specifications are properly implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Provide technical support to project teams and site engineers.
- Prepare and submit method statements, technical submittals, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project managers on technical matters.
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications and standards.
- Assist in resolving technical issues during construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to site teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of technical submissions and approvals.
- Support the project team in design coordination and project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).
- 5–8 years of experience in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other technical software.
- Good understanding of technical documentation and project coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
- Experience in design coordination and project documentation.
