Job Description: PPF Installer (Paint Protection Film Installer)Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PPF Installer to apply Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicles to protect their surfaces from scratches, chips, and environmental damage. The ideal candidate should have experience in automotive detailing, precision cutting, and applying PPF with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for PPF installation, including thorough cleaning and surface preparation.
Measure, cut, and apply PPF using hand tools and specialized equipment.
Ensure a bubble-free, smooth, and seamless application of PPF.
Use heat guns, squeegees, and other tools to ensure proper adhesion and finishing.
Inspect installed PPF for defects, making necessary adjustments or corrections.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Provide customers with post-installation care instructions.
Stay updated on the latest PPF materials, installation techniques, and industry trends.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain quality standards in all installations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PPF Installer or in automotive detailing.
Strong understanding of PPF materials, cutting techniques, and application processes.
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
Knowledge of vehicle surfaces and how to prep them for film application.
Ability to use tools such as heat guns, cutting knives, and squeegees.
Strong hand-eye coordination and patience to achieve a flawless finish.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work in different positions.
Basic knowledge of vinyl wrapping is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in PPF installation is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with brands like XPEL, 3M, SunTek, or similar PPF products.
Background in car detailing, wrapping, or auto bodywork.
Customer service skills to explain product benefits and care instructions.
Work Environment:
Indoor workshop or automotive service center.
May involve working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
