The Site In-Charge will oversee the operations of the center, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintenance of equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing industrial or technical facilities, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the data center to ensure efficiency and performance.
* Monitor and maintain mining equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
* Ensure the security and safety of the site, including physical security and network integrity.
* Manage and supervise on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
* Coordinate with the technical team for upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Maintain records of site operations, equipment status, and incident reports.
* Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and supplies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing industrial or technical facilities.
* Strong understanding of cryptocurrency mining operations and equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Basic knowledge of electrical and network systems is a plus.
* Ability to work in a remote location and be on-call as needed.
