Job Description:
Stratigi 360 is looking for an experienced Investor Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), investment banks, venture capital firms, and institutional investors. We are also open to candidates with experience as Bank Relationship Managers working with HNWIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with investors, venture capital firms, and institutional investors.
Identify potential investment opportunities and present them to prospective investors.
Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and discussions between the company and key investors.
Stay updated with market trends and investment opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to provide updates and reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience in investor relations, banking, or a similar field.
Strong network and connections with HNWIs, investment banks, and venture capital firms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
