Position: Technical Documentation Specialist / Graphics Designer
Job Responsibilities
Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals for projects.
Centralization of the technical documentation delivered with vehicles (spare parts lists, drawings, etc.).
Receiving all the catalogues for individual projects from stores and keeping a record of them.
Maintaining an independent schedule for releasing the catalogues before unit dispatch.
Coordinating with Design Engineer/Electrical Engineer to understand the project operation and special conditions to be integrated into manuals.
Participating in the testing of products to master the unit operation.
Releasing a draft of the operation manual before testing of the vehicle to QC for verifying the accuracy and completeness of the information given in the manual.
Centralizing all the catalogues along with the manuals and passing them to the QC department at the end of the project.
Conducting photoshoots of individual vehicles and vehicle parts for use in the elaboration of the manuals.
Designing decals for control panels and assisting in printing them in production.
Releasing the completed manuals (hard copies, CDs) to the QC department, along with graphic design of manuals and decals using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Technical writing of operations procedures.
