Job Description:
As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting and drawing processes across an ERP system. You will create comprehensive user manuals and process documentation that clearly outline system functionalities and workflows, ensuring users can effectively navigate and utilize the system.
Key Responsibilities:
-Document business processes and workflows within ERP system.
-Create user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support end-users.
-Design process flow diagrams and visual representations of workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart or any similar tools.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and validate procedures.
-Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
-Update and maintain documentation as the system and processes evolve.
-Conduct user training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
