Title: Technical Director
Location : Abu Dhabi – onsite
Duration : 12 months
⏰ Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 30 days
Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline; post-graduate qualification in engineering management or an MBA typically expected.
Minimum experience: Minimum 20 years of experience, including proven leadership at programme or portfolio level for large, complex infrastructure or urban development programmes.
Infrastructure experience: Extensive leadership of large-scale infrastructure or urban development programmes through full lifecycle.
UAE / GCC experience: Substantial UAE/GCC delivery exposure and familiarity with Abu Dhabi government client environments expected.
Certifications: Not mandatory; Chartered status (CEng/FICE) and PgMP/PfMP advantageous.
