Technical Coordinator / Design Coordinator (Luxury Villas) Jobs in Dubai at Teraciel Group
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and be part of design brief w all consultants- arch, structure, interiors,automation, Mep, lighting, landscape, glazing, joinery etc.
- Review presentations from consultants to review adherence to brief
- Get concepts approved by MD- provide, record and ensure correctness of the comments given to consultants
- Review drawings to see compliance to concept
- Review execution to see compliance to drawings
- Fix/correct and manage any site queries related to design
- Ensure any changes are reflected in drawing set to all consultants to ensure accuracy and consistency across all trades
- Ensure sites have latest drawings- be the issuer/ sign off of drawings
- Be the SPOC design authority – to have full knowledge of all aspects of design
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Interior design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
- Highly Creative, Innovative, and Aware of New Materials/Technologies
- Must speak fluent English
- BIM Knowledge is an advantage
Education: Bachelors in Architecture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
