Technical Consultant (TAM) – AMAZON Web Services, Korea
The Enterprise Support team is one of the fastest-growing organizations within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and helps customers of all industries and sizes gain the best value and service from AWS. AWS Enterprise Support team is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers’innovationacross all technologies, including Compute, Storage, Database, Data Analytics, Application-level services, Networking, Serverless, and more.
This is not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and ‘voice of the customer’ to organizations ranging from start-ups to large enterprises that are beginning or in the middle of theirdigital transformationjourney.
For this role, we are seeking aninnovativeand strategic professional to transform our Enterprise Support Business, driving meaningful insights, enhancing customer experiences, and managing and evolving scalablecustomer engagementprograms.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Metrics and Insights Management:Transform complex enterprise support metrics into meaningful strategic insights by breaking down intricate operational data across multiple dashboards, crafting comprehensive data narratives, and developing advanced analytical frameworks to supportstrategic decision-making.
Enterprise Support Enablement Program (ESEP) Management:Design, implement, and continuously improve the Enterprise Support Enablement Program by creating robust program frameworks, establishing systematic evaluation criteria, and recommending strategic enhancements to increase program participation.
Customer Experience Transformation:Revolutionize customer experience through advanced measurement, analysis, and engagement strategies, including developingcustomer satisfactionmeasurement mechanisms and crafting actionable strategies based on customer insights.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
5-7 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or similarstrategic roles
Stronganalytical skillswith advanced data interpretation capabilities
Proven track recordof developinginnovativecustomer engagementstrategies
Excellentcommunicationand presentation skills
Proficiency in data visualization tools
Experience in the enterprise software support ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced data analysis skills
Proficiency in business intelligence tools
Experience with CRM andcustomer engagementplatforms
