Role Description
We are seeking a Technical Architect to join our team. The role is responsible for developing detailed architectural technical drawings and documentation, ensuring design integrity, and coordinating effectively with all project disciplines. The Technical Architect will play a key role in bridging design intent with on-site execution to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality throughout project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design and technical coordination.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and fit-out works.
- Experience in coordinating with MEP and structural disciplines.
- Good understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural construction documents, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and interior design (ID) integration details.
- Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and define material specifications, finishes, and interior systems aligned with project requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and project teams to resolve design clashes and ensure full technical integration.
- Provide technical support during construction and conduct site visits to ensure design compliance on site.
- Manage and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and propose technical solutions for site challenges.
- Support project teams in maintaining design intent throughout execution stages.
