We are looking for a skilled Tax & Compliance Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in auditing to oversee corporate tax, VAT, and customs compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure our accounting procedures align with local regulations and reporting standards while providing valuable insights through monthly MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct corporate tax and VAT internal assessments to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Manage customs compliance and ensure adherence to applicable laws and reporting requirements.
Streamline group accounting procedures to align with local regulations and international reporting standards.
Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management, offering financial insights and compliance updates.
Handle corporate tax matters, including tax filings, exemptions, and regulatory documentation.
Stay updated on UAE Corporate Tax (CT) regulations, including tax percentages, exempt income thresholds, and qualifying activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Background: CA, ACCA, CFA, or a similar professional qualification.
Experience: 3-5 years in auditing, with a strong focus on taxation and compliance.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in taxation and accounting standards.
Knowledge of Designated Free Zones and their tax implications.
Understanding of qualifying activities under UAE tax regulations.
Key Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of UAE tax laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to streamline financial procedures in alignment with regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
