Position: Technical Analyst (Bilingual – Arabic & English Speaker)
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. Our client is seeking a Technical Analyst (Bilingual – Arabic & English) to support the service delivery function by managing administrative operations, coordinating stakeholder communications, maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, and providing bilingual (Arabic/English) communication support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the service delivery team, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
- Attend meetings, capture meeting minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and circulate project communications, reports, and status updates.
- Track action items, risks, dependencies, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring proper version control and document management.
- Translate documents, reports, and communications between Arabic and English.
- Maintain records, correspondence, reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Support the preparation of periodic reports and project status updates.
- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role such as Technical Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Administrator.
- Experience supporting project administration, stakeholder communication, and document management.
- Strong experience translating technical and business documents between Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
