Job Description:
Tech & Digital Sales Executive Role Overview The Tech & Digital Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for Collab
EZ. This role focuses on selling high-impact digital services, including websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, and custom software, to SMEs and startups across the UAE and the GCC. The ideal candidate understands both the business value and technical aspects of digital solutions, and is confident navigating C-level conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and qualify leads across sectors such as retail, services, logistics, and
education
Initiate and manage outreach via Linked In, email, Whats App, and calls
Conduct sales meetings with decision-makers and present tailored solutions
Create persuasive proposals with input from technical teams
Manage the sales pipeline from prospect to closure
Meet monthly targets for revenue, deals closed, and meetings booked
Maintain strong client relationships for
upselling
and referrals
Keep CRM, sales trackers, and reporting tools consistently updated
Leads Generated: 50-60/month
Qualified Meetings Held: 15-20/month
Revenue Target: AED 80,000–100,000/month
Compensation Structure Commission High sales bonus on closed deals
Quarterly performance bonuses for exceeding targets and retaining clients
Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital services or software
Strong

Comfortable selling websites, apps, and digital platforms
