We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to General Manager to join our team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from a reputable university,
Proficiency in English both written and verbal,
Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a global company environment
Trustworthy, detail oriented, responsible
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in MS Office Programs
Job Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to General Manager,
Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, conference calls, meetings and travel itineraries,
Coordinating related business arrangements, gathering information and determining / negotiating complex scheduling issues,
Preparation of work orders and missions list, visitors and Boards’ agendas,
Providing support for travel and administrative tasks of company’s executive committee members,
Editing reports, presentations, and other documentation in both Turkish and English,
Coordinating travel arrangements and manage expense reports,
Assisting organization of internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
