Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for overseeing a sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. The Sales Team Lead will manage daily sales operations, coordinate with financial institution partners, and ensure accurate and compliant handling of client applications for banking products. The role includes analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve conversion rates. The Sales Team Lead will collaborate closely with leadership and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities, such as mentoring, performance monitoring, and workflow coordination.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present information confidently.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, focusing on responsiveness, problem solving, and relationship building.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for interpreting sales metrics, market trends, and customer data to support decision-making.
Experience in financial services or banking product sales is highly beneficial.
Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving or exceeding targets is preferred.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are an asset.
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
