They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager/Team Leader to join the growing sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new SME clients and driving loan sales across the UAE. Reporting to the COO, the role involves:
Identifying and onboarding SME clients requiring financing solutions.
Leveraging an extensive supplier network and existing sales force to generate leads.
Managing and eventually leading a team of Relationship Managers.
Collaborating with independent consultants and external partners to optimize deal flow.
Driving business development through strategic partnerships and networking within the banking and fintech sectors.
5-6 years of experience in business banking, SME finance, or fintech sales within the UAE.A
proven track record
of acquiring new clients and achieving high
sales targets
.
An existing book of SME clients that can be brought to the business.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop long-term partnerships.
Experience managing or mentoring a sales team, with
leadership potential
.
