Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, generating leads, and closing sales for our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and be fluent in at least three languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English, or Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
Follow up with existing customers to provide updates and promote new products.
Maintain and update accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer queries, provide product information, and close sales over the phone.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver results.
Provide timely and accurate reports to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or related field.
Fluency in at least three languages, including any combination of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English, or Malayalam.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
