Team Leader (Purchase department) Jobs in Dubai at APM Group
We are looking for a strong team leader to manage our procurement department. Experience in the auto parts industry is a big advantage, but we will also consider candidates with outstanding leadership and management skills.
What we expect from the candidate:
✅ Expert-level Excel skills – this is a strict requirement. We will not consider candidates without this skill. There will be a test during the interview, so if you are not proficient in Excel, please do not waste your time or ours.
✅ Strong leadership qualities. We need a true leader – someone who fully understands their team’s work, knows all key processes, and is aware of all critical aspects of the department. This person should always know what their team is working on, which tasks are a priority, and the status of current orders.
✅ Multitasking and responsibility. You must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, take responsibility, and effectively lead your team toward results.
✅ Structured and systematic approach. You should know how to manage tasks, delegate efficiently, and ensure smooth and logical workflows.
✅ Strong analytical skills. You must be able to work with data, evaluate procurement performance, identify errors, and optimize processes.
✅ Flexibility and stress resistance. The ability to adapt to changes, solve problems quickly, and manage risks is essential.
