Key Responsibilities:

⁠Lead and manage the Helpdesk team to ensure timely and effective IT support across the organization.

Develop and enforce policies and procedures for efficient Helpdesk operations.

Monitor system performance and handle escalated technical issues.

Collaborate with internal departments to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quick turnaround on support requests.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years in a similar or relevant role in Multinational Companies.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Proven leadership and management skills in IT support environments.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
