We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Home Furnishing to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Home Furnishing team to achieve department goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, product presentation, and store appearance.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Plan daily operations and staff schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 – QAR5,500.00 per month
