Job Description:
Daily monitor for general accounts, banks, and Fixed assets.
Responsible for monthly closing in the proper closing period (1 day after the reporting month).
Responsible for reconciling and reviewing all the general accounts, such as (Other debit balance, other credit balances, Capital, retained earnings accounts, accruals, Provisions…. etc.).
Monthly separate and consolidated financial statements preparation.
Preparation of financial statements reports (Related parties reports, Finance cost reports… etc.).
Following up with the External Audit Company on a quarterly basis and submitting all the required documents for the Audit.
Reviewing quarterly issued separate and consolidated FS and ensures their accuracy.
Attend quarterly cash safe physical count and perform unpredictable cash physical count.
Supervises Fixed Assets and bank Accountants.
Ensure from the application of proper policies and procedures.
Reviewing the loaned money to employees and inform the Human Resources department, if there is any unpaid monthly installment.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
From 4 – 6 years of experience accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Professional certification (CMA or IFRS Dip.) is preferred.
