Key Responsibilities:

Sales

Leadership

& Business Development Lead and manage a team of hunters focused on acquiring new telecom clients.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.

Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and oversee deal closures.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.

Team Management & Performance

Optimization

Set clear

sales targets

and provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the team.

Monitor team performance using KPIs and take proactive measures to improve outcomes.

Conduct regular sales meetings to review pipeline challenges and success strategies.

Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on

continuous improvement

Sales Operations & Reporting Ensure proper use of CRM tools for lead tracking and sales forecasting.

Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and team performance.

Market Intelligence &

Strategic Growth

Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Provide feedback to management on market dynamics, pricing, and service improvements.

Identify potential strategic partnerships and new revenue streams.

Key Requirements:

Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the telecom sector.

Proven track record

in hunting sales, acquiring new customers, and exceeding targets.

Strong

leadership

skills with experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.

Expertise in using CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Excellent

communication

, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
