We are seeking a QA/QC Document Controller with experience in ISO 17020 to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in quality control documentation within the inspection and certification industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the QA/QC Manager.
Maintain and control quality documents, including specifications, procedures, inspection schedules, surveillance reports, inspection release notices, and project records.
Ensure all controlled quality documents are updated and available for use in relevant locations.
Manage and organize engineering and subcontractor documents according to company filing procedures.
Handle ITPs, checklists, RFIs, method statements, NCRs, technical queries, inspection packages, and material requests.
Submit technical documents for review and approval.
Prepare and update logs and registers for project documentation.
Requirements (Must-Have):
✅ Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field).
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Controller in an ISO 17020-accredited company.
✅ ISO 17020 Lead Auditor Certification (preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of inspection and certification processes.
✅ Excellent document control and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to manage and maintain quality records and reports effectively.
Important Note:
This position requires experience in ISO 17020. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
