Team Leader- Automotive Jobs in Dubai at Gallega Global Logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of QC technicians and yard staff.
- Assign work schedules and prioritize daily operational tasks.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and technical guidance to team members.
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with service, logistics, warehouse, and operations departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Quality Control
- Oversee pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and final quality inspections.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with company quality standards before release.
- Verify repair quality and resolve inspection findings.
- Review and approve inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Investigate recurring quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Yard Stock Maintenance
- Manage vehicle inventory within the yard and ensure accurate stock records.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle movement for inspection, repair, storage, dispatch, and delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure vehicles are parked systematically and stored safely.
- Monitor vehicle condition, including battery health, tire pressure, fuel level, cleanliness, and readiness for dispatch.
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
