Job Description:
Daily posting for sales and receivable transactions.
Solve problems that would hinder progress of company’s objectives within the work scope.
Prepare AR month-end closing activities and ensure that accounts are closed on time and in accordance with Egyptian GAAP.
Prepare accurately and timely accounts reconciliations
Coordinate with external auditors and handles their requirements.
Perform random reviews of credit customers’ invoices to ensure accuracy of data
Responsible for issuing reports showing overdue invoices and reviewing it with customers & related sales Managers
Following up on retuned checks
Following up on the bank collection of postdated checks
Monitor company’s receivables position to avoid delays in collection.
Prepare and send quarterly customers’ confirmations and reconciles them with the books
Visit some customers to resolve any pending balances.
Preparing monthly aging reports to be presented to management
Reviewing and recording customers’ collection
Preparing debit and credit notes
Reconcile customers’ accounts on a monthly basis.
Prepare ad-hoc analysis when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
4-6 Years AR experience in FMCG commercial sector is preferred.
Excellent command in Excel.
ERPfinancial application experience is an asset. SAP is a plus.
Very good command in English.
