Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 20 real estate agents, providing mentorship and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
Achieve Targets: Collaborate with your team to consistently meet and exceed a monthly sales target of $1 million.
Maximize Revenue: Strategize and implement innovative sales techniques to boost team performance and increase revenue.
Drive Results: Take an active role in closing deals, demonstrating your expertise and setting a standard for the team.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and implement data-driven strategies to seize new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Previous team leadership experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and empower others while fostering a collaborative team environment.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving performance.
