Your missions:
Manage and supervise a team of real estate agents: supervise their daily work, set objectives, monitor performance and provide constant support.
Train new employees: pass on your expertise and best practices to accelerate their integration and skills development.
Build and structure your own team: recruit, train and supervise new agents to create a solid and cohesive team.
Optimize sales processes: define and implement strategies to maximize sales and real estate transactions.
Ensure impeccable quality of service and an exceptional customer experience.
The profile sought:
Solid experience in real estate and team management, ideally in an international environment.
A strong ability to recruit, train and motivate a team to achieve ambitious objectives.
Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
Autonomy, rigor and the ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
A good knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is compulsory.
Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French is an asset.
