What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?
- Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries, transfers, and pickups.
- Monitor vehicle movements between yards, dealerships, and customers.
- Optimize transportation schedules to reduce delays and costs.
- Coordinate with transport companies, drivers, and agents.
- Track vehicle locations and status using logistics systems.
- Supervise logistics coordinators, drivers, yard staff, and support personnel.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Train employees on logistics procedures and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Liaise with sales, service, procurement, and warehouse departments.
- Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections before dispatch and upon receipt.
- Ensure proper documentation for vehicle movements.
- Prepare logistics performance reports and KPIs.
- Track delivery timelines, transportation costs, and driver utilization.
What’s Under the Hood?
- 2–5 years of UAE experience in automotive logistics, fleet operations, or transportation management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Cost management experience.
- Logistics management expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multitasking experience with full ownership.
- Positive attitude toward stakeholders and customers.
