ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
Responsible for organizing and maintaining administrative coordination between the team and different locations. Especially in organizing work schedules, and preparing material presented at executive meetings, and meeting minutes.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate meet-and-greet services for the Company logistical support during travel and meetings.
Responsible for all travelling processes & details for the supply chain director.
Serve as the primary liaison between the department and other company departments, ensuring effective communication.
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Manager complex calendar for the supply chain director.
Manage presentations and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
Manage the travel budget in consultation with the Supply Chain Director and managers before submission.
Act as a focal point between the supply chain Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Monitor expenses and prepare financial reports.
Perform general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
Perform general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining records relevant to the supply chain team.
Create / follow up on PR & PO.
ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience as an executive assistant.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Fluency in English is a MUST.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Manages time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
