Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team in El‑Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective instruction in a variety of subjects such as English, Maths, Science, and History. In this role, you will develop engaging lesson plans, assess student performance, provide feedback on student progress, and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
A salary of AED 1300 is offered for this position. We are also open to considering immigrant applicants.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans that meet the learning needs of each student
- Deliver engaging lessons that motivate students to learn
- Assess students’ understanding of course material
- Provide feedback on student performance and progress
- Manage classroom behavior in accordance with set rules and regulations
- Adapt teaching methods based on the individual needs of the students
- Maintain accurate records of student performance
- Participate in professional development activities to stay up to date with new teaching methods
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure continuity across subject areas
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
- Relevant teaching license or certification from the Department of Education
- At least two years’ experience as a teacher is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
