Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
Fluency in English Language.
Work with children in a loving and nurturing manner, allowing them to reach their optimal developmental level in a safe environment.
Work under the Montessori System using its material and techniques.
Follow all school rules, policies, and procedures.
Meet deadlines regarding paperwork (reports, newsletters, and Montessori Booklets).
Training and workshops may include Saturdays.
Follow health and safety guidelines in the classroom.
Track children’s progress and communicate with parents regularly.
Be cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable.
Accountable for students’ accidents under supervision.
Skills:
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Certifications:
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
