Summary:
We are currently looking for a professional Tea Maker / Juice Maker to join our high-end, top class and well known
Restaurant in Al ain/ Abu Dhabi
. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of tea, juices, fresh beverages, and specialty drinks
, while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve different types of tea, including traditional Tea.
- Prepare fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients such as fruits, milk, tea, and other beverage items.
- Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
- Keep the beverage preparation area clean and hygienic.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all time.
- Monitor stock levels of fruits, tea, milk, and other ingredients.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Take beverage orders and prepare them accurately and efficiently.
- Support the kitchen or beverage team when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tea Maker, Juice Maker, Beverage Maker, or similar role
. - Good knowledge of tea, fresh juices, shakes, and other beverages.
- Ability to prepare beverages quickly while maintaining quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Clean, organized, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel, resort, restaurant, or café environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a high-end Restaurant is an advantage.
