Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing VAT returns, ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws.
- Provide expert advice on VAT, excise tax, and other indirect taxes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored tax solutions.
- Conduct reviews of clients' tax positions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support clients during tax audits and assessments.
- Collaborate with teams and mentor junior tax consultants.
- Stay updated on UAE tax legislation and communicate relevant updates.
- Manage tax projects with technical excellence and a business-driven approach.
- Consult with clients, review tax information, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Graduate Degree in Accounting or Related fields.
- Requires knowledge of accounts at least basics.
- 2+ years VAT, Excise working experience.
- Basic Computer knowledge and Advanced Excel knowledge.
- UAE VAT Compliance Diploma is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Needs to know skill to draft letters and emails.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
