Tasheel Manager Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Alnukhba Center
We are seeking an experienced Tasheel Manager to oversee and manage all Tasheel operations, MOHRE transactions, and immigration processes at Al Nukhba Center. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the MOHRE system, UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and all government transactions related to Tasheel. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily Tasheel operations, ensuring compliance with MOHRE and immigration regulations.
Oversee and process all government transactions, including labor contracts, work permits, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of transactions via the MOHRE and immigration systems.
Stay updated with the latest changes in UAE labor laws, MOHRE policies, and immigration regulations, and implement necessary updates.
Provide expert guidance to clients regarding employment contracts, WPS (Wage Protection System), absconding cases, and legal compliance.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor staff performance and provide training to ensure the team is knowledgeable about Tasheel, MOHRE, and immigration systems.
Maintain strong relationships with MOHRE, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), and other government authorities.
Generate reports and analyze transaction efficiency, customer service performance, and operational success.
Ensure high-quality service standards, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at all levels.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tasheel, MOHRE, and immigration-related services.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in the MOHRE system and UAE labor laws.
Deep knowledge of immigration systems and visa processing.
Experience handling work permits, labor contracts, visa applications, WPS, and related transactions.
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
