Tamheer Trainee – Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Sejel Technology Co. Ltd.

Sejel Technology is opening applications for its Tamheer Program
, designed for fresh Saudi graduates who want to launch their careers as Oracle ERP Fusion consultants. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants on live implementation and support projects hands‑on from day one.

Available Tracks

  • HCM: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting (ORC)
  • Technical: BI Publisher / OTBI, FBDI & HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, Page Composer, Fast Formulas, OIC

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirement‑gathering workshops and support documentation (BRD, Fit‑Gap analysis)
  • Assist with system configuration and preparation of test environments
  • Execute SIT/UAT test scenarios, document results, and track defect resolution
  • Prepare data migration templates (FBDI/HDL) and operational reports
  • Develop user manuals and support end‑user training and post‑go‑live activities
  • Work closely with senior consultants to build functional and technical expertise in the assigned track

Requirements

  • Saudi national who meets Tamheer program eligibility (recent graduate, not registered with GOSI)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn

Preferred (not required)

  • Official Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud Certified Foundations Associate)
  • Hands‑on exposure to a Fusion demo/test instance through coursework or a graduation project
  • Internship or co‑op training in a related function (finance, HR, procurement, or IT)
