- Job Description & Accountabilities
• Plan daily activities including (not limited to): customers visits, quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve. Creates a time efficient plan and discusses it with superior.
• Identify and analyze customer needs and develops commercial arguments.
• Interact courteously and guides customers to appropriate service points.
• Organize demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advises customers on the presentation of the products and the promotional materials and participates in trade events.
• Provide information and advice relevant to specific customer needs.
• Receive customer suggestions to ensure follow-up and submit relevant reports as required
• Maintain strict control over confidential documents to prevent misuse or loss.
- Qualifications Requirements
• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or major.
• Eligible for Tamheer internship enrollment (kindly check HRDF terms Graduate Development – Tamheer | Human Resources Development Fund – Hadaf).
