Tamheer – Engagement and Communications Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at BUPA Arabia
- Create internal communications using the right tools across CXD and inlined with Bupa Arabia guidelines
- Create and deliver internal communications content, including CXD department updates, employees updates, newsletters and presentations
- Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement
- Announce events and send out communications such as (new system updates, new hires, birthdays etcs) through our department’s internal communication email
- Create visually appealing and engaging presentations, reports, and other communication touchpoints.
- Develop quarterly reward & recognition program across CXD
- Support in achieving a good people engagement score
- Create visual impact in presentations & reports
- Implement new ideas to increase overall engagement KPI’s
