Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Support customers during the enrollment and onboarding journey.
- Process orders accurately in the system.
- Follow up on incomplete applications and pending documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CX / Sales) when needed.
- Ensure all customer data is entered correctly and updated.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
- Maintain high service quality standards.
- Support daily reporting and basic tracking activities.
